Manila, 8–9 October 2025 – Our manning agency Orione Crew Management Inc. had the pleasure of hosting an inspiring seminar at Lanson Place Mall of Asia, bringing together 200 seafarers, 30 Orione staff members, and 10 representatives from the Grimaldi Group for two days dedicated to learning, connection, and professional growth.
The event focused on strengthening teamwork, enhancing leadership and technical skills, and aligning everyone with Grimaldi Marine Partners’ vision of excellence and innovation.
Through engaging presentations, interactive sessions, and open discussions, our crew gained valuable insights and renewed motivation to bring our service standards even higher.
The seminar provided an open forum for dialogue, development, and team engagement, highlighting key themes such as ethical values and conduct, safety and security awareness, crew welfare and wellbeing, and the challenges of innovation in modern shipping.
